By booking an appointment with Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions as described on this page and by the service provider. This includes but is not limited to the cancellation policy, payment terms, and confidentiality agreements. You also confirm that you have read and understood the disclaimer provided on this page. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of services and/or legal action.

Confidentiality Agreement

As part of our commitment to confidentiality, we adhere to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which sets forth standards for maintaining confidentiality within the coaching relationship. The ICF standards ensure that all coaching conversations, personal data, and any information shared during sessions remain private and protected.

  • Confidentiality in Coaching: We agree to keep all information shared with us confidential. This includes any personal details, sensitive issues, and any discussions that take place during coaching sessions. Information will only be disclosed if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to you or others.

  • Exceptions to Confidentiality: While your confidentiality is our priority, there are a few legal exceptions where we may disclose information:

    • If we are required by law to disclose information (e.g., subpoena or legal order).
    • If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others (e.g., disclosure to prevent imminent danger).
    • If you provide written consent for specific information to be shared.

  • Confidentiality in Group Settings: If you are participating in group coaching or other group services, we encourage confidentiality among participants. However, we cannot guarantee that all group members will maintain confidentiality. It is essential that all group members respect each other's privacy and uphold the standards of confidentiality within the group.

  • Recording and Documentation: We may take notes during sessions to track progress or refer to in future sessions, but these notes are kept confidential and secure. Any recordings or written records of your sessions will only be made with your consent and will remain confidential.

Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork is a service that offers additional support in your life, particularly in areas where friends and family may not fully understand or be able to assist. It is important to note that this service is not a replacement for professional services provided by qualified allied health practitioners, therapists, or medical professionals.

My approach is based on lived experience, combined with a strong interest and study in the areas of healing, coaching, and breathwork. However, I am not licensed or certified as an allied health professional or therapist.

If at any point I feel that my expertise is not sufficient to help, or if I believe that you or another person are at risk of harm, I will refer you to relevant professionals, including authorities.

Please note that the information provided on my website is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered as advice or used to treat, assess, or diagnose a psychological condition. I regret to inform you that I am unable to provide services to individuals currently struggling with active substance addiction, as this is beyond the scope of my professional expertise. However, I am equipped to offer support to family members coping with a loved one’s substance addiction. Additionally, I can assist with dependency and addictive behaviors such as food cravings, excessive exercise, workaholism, co-dependency/people pleasing, phone and internet addiction. Please note that I do not specialize in treating sex/porn addiction, heavy alcohol/drug addiction, or gambling.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a cancellation fee of the full session fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, unless otherwise discussed. All services must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the appointment. No compensation will be paid if I cancel or reschedule. In the event of cancellation, I will do my best to offer a new appointment time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

  1. Cancellation Notice for Single Sessions:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded. However, you may reschedule your session for a later date within the same month.

  2. No-Show Policy:

    • If you miss a session without prior cancellation, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your session at no extra cost, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling is based on availability.

  4. Courses & Enrolled Programs:

    • No refunds will be given for purchased or enrolled courses, including programs and packages. By enrolling in a course, you are committing to the full program, and no partial refunds or cancellations are available once payment has been made.
    • Online Course Access: Access to online courses is provided for the duration of the agreed terms. Once enrolled, you will have access to course materials for the entire program length, with no refunds available for early cancellation or non-completion.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have an exceptional circumstance (e.g., illness, emergency), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

By booking a session or enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by this cancellation and refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your healing journey.
